Maddy Wade

Maddy is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. After completing her Nursing in 2020, Maddy obtained a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management to expand her skills and expertise.

Her background specialises in Geriatric Care and Chronic Disease Management, with a focus on delivering exceptional care in Primary Health Care and Urgent Care settings. Currently, Maddy works as the Lead Nurse at Your Hobart Doctor, where she provides support to the Nurses working across the Your Hobart Doctor, Urgent Care Centre, and Bathurst Street Skin Cancer Centre. In this role, Maddy helps to ensure smooth daily operations while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for the Nursing team across the city sites.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with her family and friends, beach walks, planning holidays and trying out new restaurants.

With a professional, organised, and team-oriented approach, Maddy is passionate about creating a positive environment for both patients and colleagues. By combining her clinical expertise and leadership skills, she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the healthcare community.
